Payment

At DCM Physiotherapy we take payment in 4 forms.

1) Cash - payable at the time of appointment.

2) BACS - BACS Transfer is a secure way to make payments directly from your bank account to ours. It’s handled through the UK banking system and usually takes 2–3 working days to clear. You will be given bank details at your appointment. Please pay within 24 hours using your invoice reference number.

3) Insurance - we take most insurance types, please check with your insurer how they will cover your treatment. Some may need to contact us directly. They may give you a reference code. They may ask that you pay for the appointment and will refund you after each treatment. We are registered with the Healthcare Professionals Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

4) Stripe Payment - Stripe is a secure and reliable payment processor, to handle all transactions. This means your payment information is encrypted and protected, giving you peace of mind every time you pay. We ask that you pay within 24 hours of receiving your payment link.
