Dominic’s professional journey began in 2015, when he qualified as a Physiotherapist and started his career with the Rotherham Foundation Trust, gaining valuable experience across multiple specialities. His early rotations included orthopaedic inpatient and outpatient care, GP and neuro musculoskeletal referrals, and stroke rehabilitation, allowing him to develop a strong and versatile clinical foundation.

After just two years, Dominic advanced to a Senior Physiotherapist position, working across both the NHS and private practice, where he began providing specialist care to local private patients. His ambition and dedication soon led him to establish his first private clinic in Rotherham, while simultaneously being promoted within the NHS to Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, treating doctors, nurses, consultants, and other healthcare professionals within the trust.

In 2020, Dominic’s private clinic was acquired by PURE Physiotherapy, where he was appointed Sports Physiotherapy Lead for the North of England and Advanced Physiotherapist. Over the next five years, he played a key role in developing elite-level physiotherapy services and working with athletes from professional, GB, and Olympic backgrounds.

Building on this success, Dominic founded DCM Physiotherapy—a clinic dedicated to providing advanced, evidence-based physiotherapy services to the community, combining clinical excellence, cutting-edge techniques, and a passion for helping every patient achieve their best possible outcome.
