Corticosteroid Injections – Depo-Medrone | £200

 

Corticosteroid injections using Depo-Medrone can be used to help reduce pain and inflammation associated with a range of musculoskeletal conditions. They may be suitable for painful joints and soft-tissue conditions, helping to improve movement, mobility and day-to-day function.

Conditions that may benefit include:

  • Osteoarthritis and painful arthritic joints

  • Rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis

  • Bursitis

  • Tendinopathy and tendon-related pain

Cingal is a combination injection containing hyaluronic acid and corticosteroid. It combines the lubricating and cushioning properties of hyaluronic acid with the anti-inflammatory action of a corticosteroid. Cingal may help reduce pain and improve joint function and mobility, particularly in people with osteoarthritis.

Monovisc is a hyaluronic acid injection designed to supplement the natural fluid within the joint, helping to improve lubrication and cushioning. It may help reduce pain and stiffness and improve mobility and function in people affected by osteoarthritis.
