Late cancellation and non attendance policy
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. To allow us to offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
-
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be recorded as a late cancellation.
-
If a patient fails to attend an appointment without notice, it will be recorded as a non-attendance.
If a patient has two late cancellations (within 24 hours) or two non-attended appointments, they will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
For appointments funded through insurance or third-party referrals, the patient will be subject to the cancellation and non-attendance policy of the referring company or insurer, which may include charges for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
